Uganda

From the village level in Karamoja, Lango and Teso to the national level, the program aims to enhance better service delivery and farmers' capacity to lobby and proactively engage rights holders and other civil society organizations.

Civil society organizations alongside local farmers are supported to establish a quality seed framework in Uganda. Through the program district local governments will engage the local farmers in their planning (among others to support extension workers facilitation) and also implementing partners will operationalize the opportunities in the NGO Act and Public Order Management Act to enhance community and farmers' initiatives.
